Afinite are an IT services provider. When they approached Feature Media they wanted to demonstrate why they are diffrent, in what is a competitive market. Feature Media had previously worked with Afinite and were well aware of their fantastic reputation for delivering great IT solutions and customer care.
After initial conversations it was agreed to produce a web banner and two customer testimonial videos, this was to add to the previously shot videos and was to help them win more business.
When producing a Customer Testimonial Video, its always important to understand the buying journey. This helps understand any challenges that a customer goes on. Feature Media have a great process for scripting/structuring and producing customer testimonials. This includes speaking to your customer in advance to talk about what filming will involve and introducing ourselves so they feel completely comfortable – after all it can feel a bit scary!
Once finished a draft edit was send for review and feedback. We also sent animated graphics for use in titles, call to actions and the lower third titles.
Afinite found the testimonials excellent. They used them across all their online marketing channels and in sales meetings with new customers.
