The second in the series of interviews for International women’s day. We interviewed Jo Thompson, Managing Director of Spectrum Cleaning Solutions, and also Sales & Marketing Manager of CRAMS. Jo shared some interesting insights from her years of managing two companies.
Jo is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 22 years experience running her own successful businesses providing Cleaning, Hygiene and Health & Safety compliance products and services to the Hospitality, Healthcare and Facilities Management sectors. Since 2016, she has been involved in the development of an exciting Software as a Service (SaaS) product called CRAMS, which offers Real-time, Health and Safety Risk Assessments with Integrated Competency Training.
